Hi, I have a number of 9.8 sites and one of them has started to display the above behaviour when I wish to make some changes to the Editor behaviour.

I have searched and searched and found no answer; obviously it must therefore be very simple to solve with the right knowledge. :-)

This site did not have this problem until recently (2 weeks?). No I cannot remember what I may have done to cause it as this is not an area I go to every time I make changes to the site.

Does anyone have any recommendations for me, otherwise I am reduced to editing the database directly.

Regards

Hi,

Not sure if this is still relevant after more than 2 weeks, but my guess would be that you're looking at "some" javascript error. Since a clean 9.8 website doesn't have this issue I'd guess it's related to the skin or another module or content on the website?

It appeared that the Cloudflare Professional level subscription was causing this.

Any comments or suggestions about what part of that may be the culprit?
