When we upload files from DNN site it will store files as file system on server. I want to change the configuration from file system to Database. So please help to resolve the same.

I strongly suggest, not to store files in the database for performance and compatibility reasons.
if you really need it for a specific use case, you just need to create a DNN file folder of appropriate type.
Be aware that not all modules might be able to access these files.

When you create a folder you may choose the type of the folder: Standard, Secure or Database.

I must agree with Sebastian: Not all modules might be able to retrieve files from the database, the database might grow strongly and you might run into performance issues. If you want to secure files from unauthorized download you should choose the secure type, and set permissions for those roles/users that are allowed to download the files.

Happy DNNing!
