We have 3 different dnn environments for our development as mentioned below. 1. qa-support 2. uat-support 3. staging Unfortunately we cannot login to the "qa-support" environment due to some reason. When we try to login to the "qa-support", it says invalid username or password. We have used same username and password for all these environments. We have checked the DB level user data and seems all the password and usernames are same. How we can resolve this issue?

No. I couldn't get a reset link. When I try to enter username for forgot password option, it shows me a error "Invalid Username". Is there any way to create a new user from DB script?
If it says Invalid username, it means that no such username is present. So...we now know why you can not login :-)
1. Try another username 2. If you have FTP / rdp access, you can upload letmein.aspx (https://www.evotiva.com/downloads - free utilities, https://www.evotiva.com/products/let-me-in) and create a new superuser. Don't forget to remove the file afterwards
