Error getting value from Parent on Dnn.PersonaBar.Library.Model.MenuItem - unable to log in to DNN websites

Hi, we are suddenly unable to  login to our websites (running DNN 9.9.1). 

The sites seem to be fine when not logged in, but when trying to log in we get a 500 error:

This is what shows in the URL

Is anyone familiar with tis issue that can help us?

Correction - we are running DNN 9.13.3

We were able to resolve the issue with an IIS reset.
