A search directory on our site won't show all filterable options unless the user enters excess criteria. I can't figure out where this .ascx file lives though -- and I suspect it's the culprit. Thank you!

Agreed... This doesn't sound like a built-in feature. So, it must be a third-party or custom feature? 🤔

I only know it as the MX - Global Find module.
Do you happen to know where third party/custom modules are stored on DNN?

When you close that screen and open the module settings of the underlaying module what does it say @ Module?
