HTML Module "Version History" Pager Doesn't work

Running DNN Version 09.13.06 (0) with Xcillion Skin and Container.

In the PortalSettings Table I increased the value for MaximumVersionHistory to 20 to keep more versions, but when I view Version History in the HTML Module that has more than 10 versions, the Pager doesn't work.  In the Browser Devtools I get the following error when I click on a page number in the Version History Pager:

When a 500 error occurs, you should usually have some more details on disc at Portals/_default/logs you will find one file per day. Maybe there would be some clues in there.

This looks to me like a mismatch between the .ascx file and the code. The .ascx file expects a handler for the PageIndexChanging event, and the code does not provide one.

I don't know if this is an installable module. If it is then I suggest just try reinstalling it. If not then it suggests that the original programmers packaged the code incorrectly.

I extracted a copy of the DNNConnect.CKEditorProvider_09.13.06_Install.zip installer and perfromed a repair install of the module which completed sucessfully.  After restarting the website the module continues fail with the same error.

Is this the right module/provider to install?

I think the version management is not part of the Editor Provider but the HTML module.
I would not be surprised if 10+ versions has not received a lot of testing love ;-)
I think the simplest way to test if this is an issue of your installation or a bug, is to test it on a fresh install of the latest DNN version..

OK, I setup a test website with a fresh install of DNN Version 09.13.06 (0) with the Default Website template.  Exactly the same result.
