I believe DNN still has a basic DNNImageHandler built in, but it doesn't do much more than width, height, crop, etc. - the basics. Installing 2sxc gives you the full power of ImageFlow.

We've worked through some pretty advanced client needs using ImageFlow, 2sxc's awesome .Img() and .Picture() methods, and done even more detailed stuff by right additional code to resolve cropping to a focus point using xx%, yy%.

Its a lot to read, but the examples are compelling.
