Pages missing in sitemap

I just discovered on two portals in two different installs so far that many pages were not being included in the sitemap. One DNN 9.4.4 install and one DNN 9.2.2 install. I since discovered that many pages were set with a Sitemap Priority of 0 by default (with the dropdown saying please select) when they were created and therefor didn't meet the threshold minimum of 0.1 for inclusion. This never used to happen and it seems pretty random which pages were created like this. To get the pages included I went through and manually set a sitemap priority above the threshold.

Can anyone verify this behaviour?

Yes, the default priority seems to be 0. https://github.com/dnnsof...Platform/issues/3081

You're an MVP!

Andrew,

I don't know if this helps, but it could be worth a try: In Settings >> SEO >> Sitemap Settings there are two settings called "Exclude URLs With a Priority Lower Than" and "Minimum Priority for Pages". These are normally set to 0.1, but you can set them to 0. I think this should bring the pages back to your site map (but I could not try that atm).

Happy DNNing!
