Unable to add new site

When adding a new site, 9.2.2.178, get error password values do not match.

 

I have assign current user as administrator.

 

I just added it without that set, and when I go to sites, there are no sites listed. Looks like it broke my website...

It added a dud row in the portals table, with no admin setup, and nothing in the portalalias table.

This is definitely a bug

If I remember correctly there was a bug in that version that did not show all the proper controls when you do not select "use this user as administrator) or some such. I would suggest upgrading to 9.4.1 to fix this issue. 9.4.2 is also coming out of RC very soon.
