We are using dnn 9 instance, the registered users in our application are not receiving the Password Reset email after entering the User Name and captcha code and hitting send link button. The 'Send Emails' is ON under site behavior and requiresUniqueEmail was false in web.config, I also tried by changing it to 'true'. 'enablePasswordReset' is also true in web.config file.

I would suggest you first check if emails are sent by DNN or not.
Did you test the SMTP settings?

If you did you can try this: https://www.40fingers.net...elopment-environment

and see if the emails are delivered to the set folder.

It could also be that the email are filtered by spam filters..
