Where to add viewport setting

I have added a viewport setting to my home page in page settings advanced. is there a place to add it for the entire site?

i can't show the code because of forum rules, but if you search for viewport settings you will find an example. it is a meta tag which i added to the page head tag.

seek and ye shall find. Site Settings --> Site Behavior --> Default Pages --> at the bottom there is a place to add. so far it seems to work.
