Congrats on posting!

I'm looking for a DNN Form Module where I can build forms that have an area that will accept documents from your local machine via "drag-n-drop".

Something like this...

Thanks,

Andy

I believe that LiveForms can do this, but please do consider the security implications of allowing an anonymous user to upload files.

IMHO, people are welcome to offer their services, assuming it is within reason.

This website is aims to be for the community by the community.聽
In this example the most desirable way forward would be to share a bit of code (if the one asking is a developer) or work together on a module like聽https://github.com/sachatrauwaen/openform for instance. That way, we would all benefit and push the platform and actively maintained extensions forward.聽

Having said that, we all also benefit from commercial vendors like Live Forms (Mandeep) and聽Formbuilder (DNNGo). And new built versions from people stepping up. There are certaily reasons why one would prefer a commercial extension.

For years we used DNNSharp Action Forms. We loved the module with lots of options and setting.

Unfortunately it's legacy now and no stand alone version for DNN10 available (only as part of their low code platform). We still hope DNNSharp (Bogdan) will release an DNN10 stand alone version for DNN 10 with enterprise license.. I think not..

We have been searching for an alternative but I think Mandeeps Live Forms is the only option..

Any one has tried Mandeeps live Forms? Review? is it good?

Any suggestions form alternative DNN Forms?

I agree it would be good to also invest some time / effort in an open source form module.
OpenForm seems to be the most likely candidate to me.
We use it a lot for simple forms but it could do with some extra options / updates.

Congrats, your posts are really liked!

I don't think its been mentioned yet, but you can do a lot with 2sxc's Mobius Forms app without any coding. And, you can do virtually anything with it if you are comfortable with C#, Razor, and JavaScript.聽I don't think it supports a drag-n-drop target like you want as is, but everything else is there and the basics are very easy. It also gets frequent updates and they have put a lot of effort into making it modern and secure.

Yes, I though about that option, but forgot to post it, thank you Jeremy.

We use Live Forms for all our forms and are very pleased with it. Excellent as a stand-alone forms module, as well as a nice fron-end for Live Helpdesk and Live Visualizer.聽

I not positive, but I don't think it has drag & drop uploads. The vendor could tell you.聽

I'm pretty sure XMod Pro offers it.
