When trying to connect Kayako to our Evoq Content site, we add the brand name to the connector and click save, it immediately pops up Failed... It does not seem to be able to connect to Kayako. Our Kayako tenant is working find and support was able to connect to it with their DNN instance, we have confirmed no firewall issues, it's like the Kayako messenger integration or DNN API is messed up. Version 9.11.2 Evoq Content

Unfortunately, nearly none of us here will be very helpful to you when it comes to Evoq.  You're really going to need to contact the support team at DNN Corp for help with Evoq.

However, I know that their support team isn't always very responsive.  So, if you find yourself needing to migrate back to DNN Platform we can help you!  Then, we can build the Kayako connector you really need, based on your unique specs.

Thank you for your reply. I guess I'm a little confused about the difference between DNN and EVOQ, my udnerstanding was Evoq was built on DNN, like DNN with extra features?

Hello!

You're correct.  However, the Kayako connector is an Evoq feature.  We won't be able to easily help you with that since most people don't use it or interact with it in any way.  Sorry.  ☹️

Hmmm... It looks like their support team needs to also be notified about their own videos no longer loading.  😞
