Congrats on posting!

Hi -

After moving our website to a different server, we are seeing a problem with the Action Grid module. When we hit the Export button, to generate a .csv file, we are getting an error:

"InnerMessage:The extension '.csv' is not allowed. The file has not been added."

If the user is logged in and an Administrator, the Export csv function works fine. The problem only occurs for non admins. But it worked fine before the site was moved to the new server.

I've already tried adding csv to the "Allowable File Extensions" (and the whitelist) inside Security>More>More Security Settings, but that didnt fix the problem.

Can you help me solve this issue?

Thanks

Tom

Could it be an permission regarding folders?

Yes I think it could. Do you know where I should look? What would be the permissions difference between a regular user and an administrator?

Aha!! That fixed it! Thank Sebastian!!
I don't know why this worked before. That setting hasn't changed. Maybe the permissions on the old server were treating non-admin users like admin users in some areas, and moving to the new server made it necessary to add csv to the Allowable File extensions in Sate Setting

Thank you so much!
