Administrator unable to edit pages in DNN 9, seems isolated to her laptop

We have a new administrator who is unable to save her edits to pages on a site using DNN 9. She can see the Persona bar and click the pencil icon, then click to edit the content in a particular html module with the WYSIWYG, but when she clicks save or any other button nothing happens. There seems to be a JavaScript conflict, as inspecting the page and viewing the console tab shows the errors below. What's extra confusing is:

1. No other administrators are having this issue on their machines, even if they log in as her

2. If she logs in as one of the other admins, she still has the problem, so it seems to be specific to her laptop. This is happening to her in both Edge and Chrome.
