Congrats on posting!

is anyone using a decent file repository for PDF documents?

We are looking for a simple file repository module where users can browse for PDF documents. We have previously used the default repository module which comes with DNN but we don't like having to upload individual documents.

We did find one from Evotiva which was working fine and we were reasonably happy with it. However when we enquired about its usability capabilities (as a usuability checker flagged a few things up) they terminated our licence without warning even though we wanted to keep using it and we didn't want a refund.

so now we are forced to look for another file storage solution. I've looked on DNN store but I can't find anything suitable! what we liked about the Evotiva one was that it could point to our site assets folders easily so we didn't have to upload anything to a separate repository.

Sounds like a misunderstanding. I recommend sending Horatio an email explaining the mixup.
If this does not result satisfactory, there are a number of ways to move forward.

1. the new version of the filemanager (resource manager) allows multi select and upload them at once.
2. there is an azure connector that would enable to upload the assets on Azure.
3. you could go with an extension like 2SXC which has its own 'adam' which is also a great file manager.

How do you make use of the azure connector identified in the Azure Connector?
