Driving myself batty looking for this thing. I've searched the forums and I keep running into people saying to check 'Portals' but I'm not sure where that lives. Would appreciate any help!
It depends on the setup of your site, but in general.. /Portals/_default/Skins/[Skinname]/
OR
/Portals/[Portalfolder]/Skins/[Skinname]/
Thanks a million -- where can I reach /Portals/ ?
That's a folder on the server in the root of the DNN installation. Do you have access to the Servers folder structure?
I'm not sure. Where can I reach the Servers folder structure? Do I just hit the cog wheel + servers and look around in there?

Meant to quote this post.
He's referring to direct server access, such as logging into the server and browsing that way or using FTP to access the file system directly. Do you have those options, or are you only able to log in and edit the site?

I suppose I'm only able to log in and edit the site :(
I'm not seeing anywhere that resembles a place to log into a server. Could I trouble you (or anyone else) for a screenshot of what that looks like/how to get there?
Thanks for all the help guys.
You traditionally wouldn't do that using a web browser, but instead an RDP client of some kind. Windows comes with it built-in. However, if you don't know what it is, then you don't have access. Same with FTP. I'm not sure how to help you. It sounds like you don't have the access you need to do the things you want to do. Is there a developer around that has this kind of access to the site?
