We upgraded our website to DNN 962 and now we get an error on Form Master 2008.

Can someone provide me the latest version of Form Master 2008 (version 5) that's compatible with DNN 9?

I don't believe that such a version exists.

For something open source, try Open Form. For commercial products, try Mandeeps' Live Form or DNNSharp's Action Form.
