Alternative to Telerik Removal Started By Joe Wolner (1 2 ) We have a site that uses many DNN Wrapped and direct use of Telerik Controls in our custom modules. I was looking to remove Telerik based on the recommendations to do so. But it would take finding ways to do similar things and recoding the modules. We use lots of wrapped Numeric and Mased Text Boxes as well as TabStrip, Windows, Page Views, Loading panels, etc... Question about dll after upgrading - safe to remove them? Started By fabl Hello, Today I compared a fresh new DNN 9.13.04 install with my current production installation (that has been updated during years). I discovered that I had an old Newtonsoft.json.dll (that I copied in production installaiton). I have also seen that there are some dll, in production environment, that there are not in fresh new install of 9.13.04. Error while upgrading from DNN 07.04.02 to 09.13.03 Started By PeteyBlah I've been on a path to upgrade DNN to a more modern version. This has all been done on a seperate test instance I've setup to verify the steps and make sure everything is working properly, so this error isn't an emergency. I've followed the recommended version upgrade path, from my current version, which is as follows: 07.04.02 -> 08.00.04 -> 09.01.01 -> 09.03.02 -> 09.13.03 The previous updates went fine, with some minor issues I've worked through. Users Profile Pic Alt Text Misaligned in DNN Portal Started By Barry May In upgrading to latest DNN version 9.13.04 and logged in as an Admin/Super User the list of Users now displays profile pic beside usernames. If no profile pic (which is the case on my site) the alt text (username) renders in such as way that it misaligns. I have also disabled DNNImagehandler on my website, so profile pic will never render but still attempts to resulting in 404 in my logs. .NET Core and DNN Started By Ana_Dana (1 2 3 ) Our company has a website hosted on DNN, which has been running for abour 15 years. Our company custom built many modules for our needs. Since .Net Framework is now legacy and I read some blogs on the DNN website that DNN will be moved to .Net Core (in version 10). Module Settings throws error after upgrade to 9.13.3 Started By Tom Melkonian (1 2 ) Hi, I'm testing the upgrade process from DNN 9.9.1 to 9.13.3. After upgrading, I'm seeing an issue with Module Settings, for evey type of module. When I select Settings, nothing happens and a Critical Error is thrown. Upgrade from 9.6 to 9.10 to 9.11 >> DDay.iCal DLL Errors Started By bdimolfe Hello everyone, We have 2 site that we are trying to upgrade. The first site successfully upgraded from 9.6 to 9.10. Then we tried to upgrade from 9.10 - 9.11 and got stuck on the 'Security' page on the upgrade wizard. The second site started at 9.10 and when trying to upgrade to 9.11 it resulted in the same stuck on 'Security' page problem.
