4 Replies and 111 Views Upgrade to DNN 09.13.02     111 4 Started by EPT I am upgrading an existing DNN 08.04.00 site using the recomended DNN upgrade path. Eveything up to DNN 09.03.02 upgrades OK. However, when I try to upgrade to DNN 09.13.02, the security check in the upgrade process never finishes. An intermediat upgrade to 09.10.02 does work, I removed Telerik in this 09.10.02 site (manually), but still the next upgrade to DNN 09.13.02 never finishes on the security check tab in the upgrade. Any hints

1 Replies and 87 Views DNN Upgrade Package creation help     87 1 Started by MohitSahu Hello, In past we were using old DNN version and we shifted to DNN 9.10.02 via fresh install. In which, we compiled the source code with our custom changes in login and logoff file (we needed this to include our login cases). It was sucessful. Now, we are trying to shift to new version of DNN. We tried the official upgrade documetation which worked successfully but it reverted our custom code changes in login and logoff files (as expected) So, again we tried to create a publish package via so...

5 Replies and 470 Views CKEditor No Longer Displays RichTextBox After Upgrading to DNN 9.12.0     470 5 Started by Manfred Hain We recently upgrade all our websites to th dnn 9.12.0. After this, the HTML module no longer displays the richtext/WYSIWYG editor. Also, all modules that use the CKEditor no longer displays the richtext/wysiwyg editor. Completely at a loss as to what may be causing this issue. A fresh install of dnn 9.12.0 does not have this issue. Any advice or help in this matter would appreciated. Thank you.

5 Replies and 314 Views LinkClicks doesn't work anymore after upgrade     314 5 Started by Stephane Tetard Hi, It seems that some old links using LinkClick in html modules doesn&39;t work anymore after I upgraded DNN from 7.4.2 to 9.13. It gives me a 404 error. The URL is something like that: https://my.website.fr/LinkClick.aspxfileticket=0gRddiSKmFc3d&tabid=1011 I think it&39;s the classic 404 .Net error : 404 Not Found The requested Url does not return any valid content. Administrators Change this message by configuring a specific 404 Error Page or Url for this website. I tr...

13 Replies and 2414 Views Alternative to Telerik Removal     2414 13 Started by Joe Wolner
(Topic has multiple pages1 2 )
We have a site that uses many DNN Wrapped and direct use of Telerik Controls in our custom modules.  I was looking to remove Telerik based on the recommendations to do so.  But it would take finding ways to do similar things and recoding the modules.  We use lots of wrapped Numeric and Mased Text Boxes as well as TabStrip, Windows, Page Views, Loading panels, etc...  The modules currently have a short lifespan in the future and will no longer be used in say 6-9 months. So ...

5 Replies and 1385 Views MinimalExtropy Container error when upgrading to 9.4.4     1385 5 Started by Eoghanon When upgrading from DNN v9.1.1 to v9.4.4 I get a MinimalExtropy Container error. The Upgrade wizard then refuses to go any further. I then restored the website, looked into MinimalExtropy and saw it was v1.0 so I upgraded it to v1.0.5 (from the "avaialbe extensions/modules" tab in the Persona Bar. I was hoping this would solve it. It did not. I got exactly the same error at the same point in the upgrade. I note as well that in the log for the upgrade I did to get from DNN v8 to v9.1.1 ...
