After the update from version 9.4 to version 9.6, unfortunately, the following problems occurred
1- The site settings section does not load and displays the following error

Uncaught ReferenceError: interval is not defined

    at countdown_proc (comingsoon.js:4)

    at s.fn.init.$.fn.countdown (comingsoon.js:11)

    at HTMLDocument. ((index):1987)

    at e (js:11)

    at t (js:11)

SiteSettings.css:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 416 ()

/API/PersonaBar/SiteSettings/GetPortalSettings?portalId=undefined&cultureCode=:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

/API/PersonaBar/SiteSettings/GetPortals:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

SiteSettings.css:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 416 ()

2- In the live tab management section, the settings section is not visible
I also installed a new version. The site settings work in the new version, but the site logo cannot be changed
And there is a second problem in the installation version
Thanks for the tips friends

You're an MVP!
Fiyori,

there was an issue with the jQuery library in DNN 9.6.0. Therefore an update to 9.6.2 (or better a more recent version) could help.

If you are using VB extensions you should test an upgrade to 9.7.2 before you do it in a production environment (ok, you should always do that...). There is a known issue with this version that affects some VB extensions (e.g. 40fingers Style Helper).

Happy DNNing!
