OWASP and DNN9.9.1

Hi all, we upgraded our DNN 9.9.1 recently and as part of the process we are required to do some security scans. 

Using the tool OWASP Dependency Check Scan, there were many vulnerability findings. Those findings were meant for the older versions e.g. jQuery 3.2.1, 1.3.2, etc, which we no longer use them.

Is it possible to unlink the older version?

Please advise.
