Congrats on posting!

Hi all,

I am on DNN 9.13.9, and previously on 9.13.4.
In both versions, when I click Persona Bar → Settings → Telerik Removal, the page never loads.

Behavior:
A half loading spinner appears on the browser tab, the page refreshes, and the same half spinner appears again. This loop continues indefinitely.

Console shows:

GET /DesktopModules/TelerikRemoval/API/Remove/Check 404

My questions:

  1. Is this a known issue with the Telerik Removal tool in the 9.13.x series?

  2. What should I do to resolve or restore the Telerik Removal functionality?

  3. My end goal is to remove Telerik fully and upgrade the site to DNN 10.1.2.
If the built-in Telerik Removal tool cannot be used, what is the recommended manual method to remove Telerik on 9.13.9?

Thanks for any help.

I have not experienced that in any of the versions it supports.

Check if there are any logs in the browser console (F12 in most browsers) and also check in the Portals/_default/_logs folder you will find a log file per day and maybe there are some clues in there to help troubleshoot this.

Congrats, your posts are really liked!

Have you tried on different browsers?

Do you've a CDN network enabled and using the free SSL certificate? if that's the case you use FireFox and force the manual http instead of https and try again, or just disable the CDN for testing.

Do you have any other websites under the same version? if you do, they have the same behavior?

At last, try to clear cache in your browser.
