    71% Installing Module - DNNCE_DigitalAssetsManagement_09.10.00_Install.resources

First, which version of DNN were you upgrading to 9.10.0?

The upgrade is not stuck, but died at some point in the process, leaving the progress indicator operating. It didn't die cleanly.

Take a look at the log files in the Portals\_default\Logs directory of your website and look for a file named InstallerLogyyyymmdd.resources. If you did it today, you'll want to find the file for 20220308.

Now, you need to dig through that file and look for errors. A text search for "error" is a good start.

Then, let us know what you find, and maybe we can figure this out.

if you already removed Telerik and old Digital Asset Management Module, you shouldn't install this module again. please remove the zip file from /install/module folder prior to firing upgrade.
