Sitecore: the premium CMS?

When I started my company (Tjep's digital agency) in 2017, I did this with 100% DNN in mind. But in reality I get caught up in projects with other CMSses as well. Actually, I did several consultancy projects where I could analyze the pros and cons of Drupal, Kentico, Liferay, Umbraco and many more. The one blind spot was Sitecore. That changed a few months ago.

How to detect and solve SEO issues

In the last versions of DNN platform we have some issues regarding Search Engine Optimization. One of the most important ones has been resolved in 9.9.0. But what if you can not upgrade or you have created some pages but you have no idea which they were and if they are in the sitemap or not?

G2: DNN is high performer

The CMS 2020 report of G2 is out! And DNN Platform is ranking as a high performer!

I always wondered why as I never experienced issues. Yes, you need a bit of what is possible and what the parameters are but if you do, I think it's a great feature.

Assets for everyone (repost from corp)

As I started my career in 2000 working for a large non profit organization, I had to deal with a complex organization. Dozens of project teams, focus groups and task forces. And not just within our own organization, also as member of initiatives with other NGO's and the federal government. Our department (Online communication) was not just facilitating the website and CMS but also trying to have 40 editors to comply with our company house style. ... If I only had a CMS like DNN back then...

The super simple guide to Github

If you are not a coder by nature, Github is created by aliens. It first it makes no sense whatsoever. At a second glance it does not get better.
But I am Dutch, stubborn and determined to get involved. So, here is the Github for non-devs. No command lines. No power shell!
