Hello, while playing with new skins, I noticed not all pages are set to default site skin. What is best procedure to reset all pages to default skin ? I know there is possibility to "Copy Appearance to Descendant Pages" but that is available only to particular page > subpages. But thats not very handy if I have more pages in site root. No any function to reset everything under site root ?

Currently I did SQL UPDATE [dnn_Tabs] set SkinSrc = NULLContainerSrc = NULL but not sure if its ok, any side effect ?

      Michal,

if you do it this way, it seems to be correct for me. Then the skin defined in the portal settings will take effect.

Remember to clear the cache or restart the application pool after you have done something directly in SQL Server or using the DNN SQL console.

To do it correctly in the SQL console you should use the following syntax:

UPDATE {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}Tabs SET SkinSrc = NULL, ContainerSrc = NULL

(Yours will work as well when the database owner is dbo, and the object qualifier is dnn, but this is not necessarily true for every DNN installation, esp. in shared hosting environments)

      Happy DNNing!
      Michael
