how to change the number of attempts before blocking a user?

I want change this or i want haven´t got number of attempts

I seem to recall that there is a portal setting temporarily blocks a user after N failed login attempts.

If you want to permanently block a user, set the user to soft deleted. The will prevent all future logins. And also prevent creating a similar login.

In the Persona Bar, go to Security, More, More Security Settings.
