I have HTML module on a page. When i click on the top right pencil or the wheel nothing happen. I cannot edit the page, change font of the text.

This is very little information to get help. Do you have any errors in the browser console (F12), is DNN up to date, what module is it, etc.

Can you provide more details and a screenshot?

As a somewhat unfound guess, it sounds likely some CSS or JS is not loading.

1. Check your browser's DevTools, Console Log for errors. If there are any, please share those.

2. Another good experiment is to switch your page back to the standard Xcillion theme (page skin and container) and then test again and let us know if its fixed or if you are experiencing the same issues.
