How can I deindex my website in Google searches?
I want to do this, as my portal is in the development phase. and there are some users who are able to access the pages... I don't want it to appear in Google searches. How can I do this on the DNN platform?
I placed the tags below in PAGE OUTPUT SETTINGS > HTML Page Header Tags. but it did not work. When I search on Google the pages on my website still appear

I am not aware of a method to remove those pages. I know that completely removing the domain from DNS also invalidates Googles index but that is probably not what you want. Google is an evil company.

Congrats, your posts are really liked!

Marcos, if you go to Google and run "site:yourdomain.com" you'll now which URL's are index by Google; now that you know which ones are there you can go to Google Search Consolse and register your website along with a sitemap; configure your sitemap only with the pages you want to index and register your sitemap. At last: run a removal request (https://support.google.co...130084107608316-NA); hope this helps.
