Hi,

I have a DNN site that is throwing this SSL error: "This site can't provide a secure connection."

I have SSL enabled. We are sharing an SSL Certificate across multiple domains and subdomains.

You can find the site here: https://www.durangoconcerts.com/

I think most users that encounter issues are trying to access the site from http://durangoconcerts.com

We have the aliases set up to redirect from durangoconcerts.com to www.durangoconcerts.com.

Any idea why this would be an issue?

http://durangoconcerts.com/ also works for me, redirects to https://www.durangoconcerts.com without error and a valid SSL

Yes, it also redirects to www for me but Chrome removes that in the address bar so I did not see it the first time.

I can reliably access https://www.durangoconcerts.com/ ok in these browsers:
Brave Version 1.68.141 Chromium: 127.0.6533.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Firefox 129.0.1 (64-bit)

But NOT on these browsers:
Microsoft Edge for Business Version 127.0.2651.98 (Official build) (64-bit)
Google Chrome Version 127.0.6533.120 (Official Build) (32-bit)
Opera One(version: 112.0.5197.53) Chromium version:126.0.6478.226 (64-bit)

where I get a mix of these errors:
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Could it be due to different timing in different browsers which then cache the first (or last) result?

Hmm, what about maybe some browser plugin getting in the way, can you try incognito mode on the browsers that are not working.

Same errors from those browsers when in incognito mode. However, Opera in VPN mode did reach the site. I then tried when connecting through Proton VPN and ALL the browsers then reached the site. Odd.

Maybe some proxy or cache or some such... Very strange

The ssl cert itself seems odd - "chain issues - contains anchor". See www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.htm...ncerts.com
