I'm running DNN 9.13.2 at a live URL, but I'm in development mode.  When I make changes to the Skin's Style.css file, I must go into the Server Settings:PERFORMANCE tab:  Client Resource Managment, and click the increment version button every time, to view my style changes. I have the Client Resorces Management Mode set to Global, but I can change it to Site if that will help. The three options are set to "Off".  I intend to turn on composite files for go-live, for better performance.

How can I bypass the requirement to click the increment version button while I'm still developing my site and skin?

TIA!

I switch CSS minification Off and use CTRL-F5 to refresh the page (or turn cache off in the browser dev tools), which always seems to work.
The fact that you are developing on a live site is not something that has been considered when building this fuctionality I think.
AFAIK there's no way to automatically increment the version.

Yeah, a hard refresh is generally all I've needed to do as well.
