I configure IIS for the DNN site with a user account that belongs to no groups and is given explicit rights to the folder containing the DNN install. Nevertheless, DNN reports the account has read and write permissions to every connected drive on the server. Is this accurate or am I doing something wrong?

you might need to check file system permission on the drive granted to all users role.
