Drop Down Menu Sorting

    Hi everyone, 

    I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question, but I have this problem.

    Within the drop-down menus, the system sorts customers by ID and not by name, this makes it very difficult to find the names easily. The ID is generated as customers are added. It would be easier if it could be sorted by names.

    Any help will be appreciated.

      Well, what module is this ? The short answer is that is totally possible technically but we are missing a lot of context here :)

        Hi Daniel,

        On Monday I'll get more data and screenshots to give more context. I tried looking inside the "Admin" but I could never get to the place where you should edit how the results are sorted (A-Z). I assume it must be a module or extension that is loaded into the platform, although I don't have much experience with this.

          So the first thing would be to login as admin or host. Then you can put the page on edit mode and click the gear above the module to go to the module settings, in there you will see what type of module it is and we can know a bit more from there.

            Guillermo, if this is a custom module you definitely need to get in contact with the folks who created it. From the screenshot you provided I'm able to see the word "booking"; I don't think the DNN Community version comes with a module with this funcionality. Most likely this is a third party module.

            if you go the extensions option from the persona bar in your DNN website, you'll be able to take a look at the module installed and get more information about the provider.

              Thank you for your help and I apologize for not responding to your comments sooner.
              As Marco mentions, this seems to be an external feature, since although I can modify some visual things on the pages and the content, there is no way to modify the order in which the booking system is displayed.

              I will try to contact whoever installed this system in the company.
