Having problems replacing the default resource texts, privacy, terms and registration.

Deleted and then pasted over the localised resource box using HTML and checking in edge and chrome, sometimes the text displays correctly and others not. shows rthese orts of editng marks.

Have cleared cache's etc so not that.

Any suggestions?

You're an MVP!
Ken,

which version of DNN are you using?

Before DNN 9.3 it was possible to create two pages with the Url "/terms" and "/privacy", (or "/xx-xx/terms" and "/xx-xx/privacy" on multilingual sites) and the links went to that page(s).

Since DNN 9.3 it is possible to create these pages with any Url you want and select them in the portal settings.

Therfore, there is no need to use the resources, as you can use the HTML module to write the texts, add images etc...

Happy DNNing!
Michael

I think I realise that now when I was trying out the user registration panels.

I'll get there, that little snippet of guidance helped me as learning to upgrade to 9.3 at the moment.
