Please anyone can tell me wherecan i find the file where this code is 
that appears on top of itempane and includes an anoying ##LOC[OK]## 
this is causing this keyword to appear in goolgle search console

Which DNN version are you running?
For security reasons, I strongly suggest upgrading to DNN latest version (9.10.2 atm) and follow release instructions to remove Telerik components.

the code looks like content of a 3rd party module - there is no Google Maps included with DNN Platform.
I still suggest upgrading, however, please make sure, all of your modules and skin are compatible with DNN 9.1.0

The presence of the Rad prefix in the code suggests that you have something that uses the Telerik components.

They were deprecated some years ago. It is a good idea to remove them.

To give my two cents: If you are looking for a Google Maps replacement, you could use GitHub - sachatrauwaen/OpenContent: Structured Content editing for DNN (Dotnetnuke)

There is a Google Maps (and a Google Places) template available: GitHub - sachatrauwaen/OpenContent-Templates: Templates for OpenContent
