Import/export scheduler fails

I've been having an issue with the scheduler on Import/Export templates.
Basically I want to import a full website in DNN 9.10.2 from a template.
The scheduler fails, gives the message below and the next items in the queue are not processed. The current item that is under execution hangs. 

Any ideas?
