Home page and Query String formatting

Hi All,

I want to be able to pass querystring variables to my home page in this format

https://mydomain.com/CODE/1234

However that fails and I get redirected to the 404 page

This works

https://mydomain.com?CODE=1234

Anyone have any ideas how I can achieve this.
