How to enable 9.8 Resource Manager?

I'm getting the same list as tpperlman got in his message at the URL supplied just above.

I don't think we should have to delete the dependency through SSMS. Should be a better way.

This has now been resolved and the DNN 9.8.0 release notes have been updated:
