Liquid Content is a feature only of Evoq, the pricey licensed version of DNN from DNN Corp (http://dnnsoftware.com) there are alternatives however for DNN Platform, such as https://2sxc.org/en/

FYI - If you're not already using Liquid Content, we'd suggest not doing so.  The data is hosted at a data center that you don't have control over and any issues require a support request.  Anyone that's used Evoq support over the years can tell you that a support request is not a pleasant experience.  

For example, let's say you want to stand up a staging or test instance of your website for development.  If you're using Liquid Content, that content will not show on other environments until you submit a support request and it's resolved.  Who knows how long that will take.  

Let's give another scenario.  Let's say that a developer already is working on a development instance of the website and it's all working well, but the laptop dies.  You're now having to go through this scenario all over again.  :(  

There are also several other missing features from Liquid Content that will annoy you as well, with no updates to that feature (and most of Evoq) in years.

Use OpenContent or 2sxc and you'll be more than covered for structured content.
