Roles not showing all options

According to Persona Bar Roles, my content manager should be able to edit Connectors. But lo, as content manager, I only see Workflow under Settings. How can I add it in manually (because sometimes, that's just easiest)? Or, is there a setting that needs to be checked/unchecked somewheres?

We just upgraded (last week) to 9.6.1 and the Connectors are still missing from Content Manager view
