Standard search for Office + PDF's doc's in DNN 9.11.0 doesn't work. I installed Adobe IFilter, but still no doc's where found. Do I have to restart the server? I remember the old releases of DNN did work. Please help!

Have you had a fresh index or re-indexed the site content again via the persona bar > Site Settings > Search?

Congrats, your posts are really liked!

How did you upload the files? If you did upload using SFTP or FTP remember so sync the files from the Resource Manager.

James is right, document indexing is currently not mplemented in DNN Platform and never has been AFAIK.
It is a part of Evoq and some third party extensions though.

Yes, before DNN platform we have used EVOQ. We have re-index the site whitout succes! Documents are uploaded by the resource manager. We cannot find any documents. We have not yet discussed the content of the document!
Thanks for you answers!

Oh, it's about finding the documents, not inside the content.. :-)
That should work.
Did you check Security > More > More Security Settings > Allowable File Extensions ?

Oh...  If you've recently migrated from Evoq to Platform, there may have been something missed in the migration.  I'm hoping I'm very wrong, of course.  You may want to turn to whoever did the migration for you.  :(
