Default Menu: add menu item only as PARENT for child pages sub-menu

Hello, I searched the forum for 'sub menu' and looked through 250 posts and didn't find the solution to my question.

DNN 9.12.

I need to add menu items only as a PARENT (not a page) for child pages sub-menu meaning that this PARENT menu item should NOT be clickable, only hoverable to display sub menu child items that click to those pages OR additional child pages.

eg:

'My Pages' and 'Page 3' do NOT allow click to a page. These are not pages, just hoverable menu items.

My Pages > Page 1
My Pages > Page 2
My Pages > Page 3 > Sub-child 1
My Pages > Page 3 > Sub-child 2

You can do that by setting (per page):

Page Settings > Advanced > More > Disable Page

Please note that whether this shows correctly on your site also depends on the Theme you are using.
Normally it does but a Theme developer can also "ignore" this menu option...
