Hello, I have an issue where the new site logo that I upload does not display, it continues to render the older one.

DNN 9.12
SVG file format.
Cleared Cache multiple times.

I have appended the file name to _v1.svg and I can see it's still not detecting the new one...

Don't forget the save button. I forgot it myself once. Took me an hour to figure that one out :-)

In that case, I think the logo was hard coded into the theme. So, in the ASCX file

Congrats, your posts are really liked!

Alejandro, do you have a CDN network implemented? if you do you can purge the cache and try again.

Alos, if you've composite files enabled I recommend you to (1) increase the version (2) clear cache and (3) restart application

One last thing, you can reset your application pool and also try to run a "ipconfig flush DNS" in your computer from command prompt.

Like the others, this sounds like a really hard caching with your website, or the logo is hard-coded in some way.

Clearing all cache, everywhere AND checking the theme are the two next things I'd do as well. :)
