After updating DNN from 9.10 to 9.12 we are unable to use the CKEditor in several of our portals.  For some portals, the editor works fine.  In other portals, the editor window disappears as soon as a carriage return is entered.

If the "Source" tab is selected then editing works -- but only in the "Source" mode.

No stack trace is generated in the console and I cannot find any associated error messages.

    Ideas?

Hmmm... I don't see this specific CKEditor issue reported yet in GitHub.  Do you have any errors you've noticed in the log files, or in the browser itself that seem to be related?  Also, maybe one or more screenshots to help illustrate the issue you're seeing?

Sounds like the Enter key triggers the Cancel button... Does it work when you press Shift+Enter (which should create a
        instead of a

        in the HTML code)?

        Happy DNNing!

This sounds like something to report on GitHub, Will shared the link with you in a previous message.

In the meantime, I recommend you to use the backup from your site prior to the update and create a duplicate website and run the update process again.
