Resource Manager: date formatting and file opening issue on 9.12.0 version

    I want to add the date formatting on the 9.12.0 version according to the 9.10.0 version on the resource manager.

    also, file opening is not user-friendly on the resource manager, we need to copy the URL or download the file for open here.

    but we want to open the file with the click of the file.

      I'm not exactly sure about what you mean about the date formatting, but it sounds like both things are enhancement requests.  These kind of requests are best posted directly to GitHub.  This is where all of the development happens. 

      If you didn't already know that, there's no reason you should have. :)  

      Here's the link to get you started. Just choose enhancement.  When writing it out, the more details you can provide, the better chance you have for someone picking it up and doing something with it.  Well, that and whether or not they accept sponsorship.  ;)
