I am using the DNN 09.10.01 version. Add Module / Add Existing Module options not giving any response while on click. But the near by Page Setting button is working.

Hello!

I must mention the first obvious thing... You're on an older version of "DNN" and you really need to stay updated with any newer releases for all kinds of reasons.  Not doing this will only ensure that your website becomes more and more unstable over time - requiring more maintenance and safety concerns than necessary.  It may even fix something like this, simply by upgrading.

The other obvious thing to mention here is that you're technically not using DNN at all, but rather, Evoq.  You'll need to contact DNN Corp's support team to get support for any version of their software.  The open-source DNN community won't be able to help you much until you migrate to DNN CMS (a.k.a., Platform).

I vaguely remember this issue in an older version of DNN (or it could be some jQuery conflict issue). As Will mentions, the best (and highly recommended) course of action would be to upgrade DNN to the latest version (currently 9.13.3). This looks like DNN to me, so I am pretty sure you are good regarding the Evoq concern.

Will, by the way, this capability can be enabled via Settings > Site Settings > Site Behavior > More > Show Quick Module Add Menu.

In addition to my friends suggestions above, if it is still an issue after the upgrade, please take a look at the browser console (F12 in most browsers) to check if there any errors logged there and let us know. But yeah, first you should upgrade, there are no expected breaking changes from your version to the latest and the upgrade should go smooth (of course, backup first).

We're having the same issue on a new portal - https://www.fortlewis.edu/flcnews/

We're running the same theme on a different portal and it is working fine but not on this new one.

We are running DNN 9.13.03

Following up on David's suggestion: is the setting for the quick module add menu the same? Curious to hear the behaviour if you turn it off.

As a crazy suggestion, we had some issues with CSS overlaying the control button in the control panel, so when we clicked nothing happen. I doubt this will be your issue, but I thought I would mention it.
