I already tested Mandeeps Live Helpdesk, but are there any other helpdesk / issue tracker modules you have used (and liked)?

there is one by ZLDNN called myHelpDesk (https://store.dnnsoftware...js-webapi-based-spa) - I used this some years ago. It is quite simple, but was enough for the purposes I had.
