I believe I have set up my G4 property (I've got a stream ID and measurement ID), but no data is being received from my website.  from within DNN Website Admin, Google Analytics I have added the Measurement ID. Do I need to place a tag on each page that I want measured?  I do have directions that say the google tag code can be copied and pasted on every page of the website, immediately after the <head> element, however I don't have a <head> element on my page.  When I paste the whole code and save, it only saves the first line which is <!-- Google tag (gtag.js) -->.  I feel like I'm missing an important step.  My Universal Alaytics worked fine, but now I'm struggling with the G4.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  I'm wondering if it's time to switch my website to another platform because I'm not a website developer; I'm just an admin with editing ability.  Thanks.

The Analytics connector is targeting Universal and needs to be updated. Thanks for the reminder :-)
There are 2 ways to move forward.
      1. Create a Google Tag Manager code, use that in the Tag manager connector within DNN and put your GA4 code in the GTM container.
      2. If you just want the GA4 in your DNN:
      - Persona bar - settings - Site Settings - Site behavior - PAGE OUTPUT SETTINGS = scroll down and paste your GA4 code in the HTML Page Header Tags

Ah but isn't there an option 3? :) The new GA4 connector in 9.12.0, which David Poindexter blogged about here: https://dnncommunity.org/...nalytics-4-Connector

In terms of scalability I recommend you jumping into Google Tag Manager because you can centralize the control of all the codes you need to place into one website from one place and also, you can do a preview and check the codes work okay before submitting the new changes.

Thanks for the guidance.  I believe my DNN needs an upgrade because option 1: I'm not seeing Connector option within DNN.  For #2: I don't have this specific route, but I did find Metatags under Admin in Page management and added the GA4 measurement tag.  My google Analytics page still says no data received from website, but I'll give it a couple of days and see if that changes.  Thanks again.

              The connectors are here:

If you want to inject the code in the header, you go to :

That shouldn't take that long after implementation. If the code doesn't work I recomend you using GTA and run a preview in order to identify the problem.
