DNN Upgrade 9.0.6 to 9.13.7 -- Could not load type IBeaconService

Getting this error when upgrading DNN site. The site loads but we cannot log in as host.

System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'DotNetNuke.Services.ImprovementsProgram.IBeaconService' from assembly 'DotNetNuke, Version=9.13.7.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.
   at Dnn.PersonaBar.Library.Containers.PersonaBarContainer.GetConfigration(PortalSettings portalSettings)

Can anyone help us turn this off? Thanks!

There was a .Net Framework upgrade, which can throw some weird errors if you don't upgrade. Have you upgraded to .Net Framework v4.7.2 ? https://dnncommunity.org/forums/aft/2551
