i have verified that all dnnsharp modules are upgraded to lastest versions they recommend. they say it isnt them. i contacted the theme designer to get a 9.5 version and installed it. i even removed the theme and uninstalled their modules. no luck
this site is as barebones as i can make it. only a few dnnsharp modules and gravity skin.

Did you install the DNN sharp modules before or after the upgrade?

i installed the upgraded skin and modules at 9.1.1

I'm not sure, but isn't MyTokens making changes to the HTML module?

(that would mean you would have to install it after the DNN upgrade)

You're an MVP!

You can install the modules during the upgrade. Just copy the install/upgrade packages of the modules into the /install/modules folder (between step 3 and 4 of these instructions. This will upgrade the modules during the DNN upgrade process.

Happy DNNing!
