Sir/Madam, we are using DNN with version 9.10.2 and finding information in below link that it was not supported now.
https://www.dnnsoftware.c...roduct-versions.html
I saw the 4th column called Supported marked "No" for version 9.10.2 in the table. May I ask the scope of "Supported" ? If supported, is it meaning there are patches available for downloading to solve security vulnerabilities or improve DNN performance... ? If supported, is it meaning there are software ugprade ? If supported, is it meaning there is technical assistance provided by DNN community ?
We are planning to upgrade therefore we would like to conduct impact anaylsis first. Thanks.
Regards,

Hi Via
The big difference is: are you using DNN platform or Evoq?
DNN platform is the open source CMS. There is no official entity that provides support. There are lots of companies, though, that built their livelyhood offering development and support. Upgrades being one of them. To prepare yourself, you could take a look at https://upendoventures.co...pgrades-made-simple. One thing that I do personally a little bit different is that I first upgrade extensions and after that DNN. But sometimes you need to go back and forth a few times, so read the compatibility notes well.
Evoq is the commercercial version. DNN Corp offers support for that. If you are running Evoq I recommend considering "upgrading" to DNN platform. Nowadays that is a very competitive option.
Hi
Not sure if this is the answer you require but always a good place to check before performing any upgrade, after you've taken a backup of the files and database.

Probably "hints" at the comptability between versions.
